Last Thursday, the C Three Business Consultants team had the opportunity to attend the Women Empowering Women West County Chapter Luncheon, where we joined an incredible group of women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals focused on learning, growth, and meaningful connections.

The featured speaker, Danelle Cramer, delivered an insightful presentation titled “Visibility Is the New Currency: How Video Marketing Builds Trust, Connection, and Clients.” Her message centered around a simple but powerful truth: in today’s digital world, people connect with people.
Danelle shared how video marketing has become one of the most effective tools for business owners and entrepreneurs looking to build authentic relationships with their audience. She discussed the importance of showing up consistently, allowing potential clients to get to know the person behind the business, and using video to establish credibility and trust before a conversation even begins.
One of the most impactful parts of the presentation focused on overcoming the fear of being on camera. Many professionals hesitate to create video content because they worry about being judged or making mistakes. Danelle encouraged attendees to shift their mindset and focus on providing value rather than striving for perfection. The audience gained practical tips for building confidence and taking those first steps toward creating engaging video content.
She also highlighted the types of videos that can have the greatest impact, including educational content, behind-the-scenes glimpses, client success stories, and personal branding videos that help transform viewers into clients.
At C Three Business Consultants, we believe that visibility, relationship-building, and authenticity are key drivers of business growth. Danelle’s presentation was a valuable reminder that the most effective marketing often comes from simply showing up, sharing your expertise, and allowing your audience to connect with the real person behind the brand.
We would like to thank Danelle Cramer and the Women Empowering Women West County Chapter for hosting another outstanding event. We look forward to continuing to learn, connect, and grow alongside this amazing community of professionals.
