Amy Yan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of C Three Business Consultants, a nationally recognized business and technology consulting firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Under her leadership, C Three Business Consultants has grown into a trusted partner for nonprofit organizations, for‑profit businesses, and government agencies nationwide. The firm holds multiple certifications, including WBE, MBE, DBE, and EDWOSB, through federal, state, and municipal agencies.
With more than 25 years of experience in business and technology consulting, Amy oversees company operations, strategic growth initiatives, and vendor partnerships across the United States. She brings a hands‑on, consultative approach to every engagement, leading comprehensive business and operational assessments to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve organizational performance. Her expertise spans business operations, technology strategy, government contracting, digital marketing, process optimization, and business continuity planning. Amy has successfully secured and managed numerous government contracts as both a prime contractor and subcontractor, delivering cost‑effective, scalable solutions that support long‑term success.
Amy is actively involved in the construction and contractor community and maintains professional memberships with the Associated General Contractors of Missouri (AGCMO) and the American Subcontractors Association (ASA). Through these affiliations, she supports contractors and construction‑focused businesses by providing strategic guidance on operational efficiency, compliance, certification, and sustainable growth.
