At C Three Business Consultants, we believe that growth often comes from learning through the experiences of others. Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Women Empowering Women St. Charles Chapter monthly luncheon, an event dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, personal development, and professional growth among women in our community.

The featured speaker, Eva Henry, delivered a powerful presentation titled, “The Turbulence of Transition: Choosing Yourself and Living Your Values After Twenty Years of Service to Others.” Through her personal journey, Eva shared valuable lessons about navigating change, remaining true to your values, and finding the courage to prioritize yourself while continuing to serve and support others.
As someone who is still early in my professional journey, hearing Eva’s story was both inspiring and insightful. Her experiences offered a perspective that resonated deeply and served as a reminder that personal and professional growth often require embracing change and trusting the path ahead.
One of the additional highlights of the luncheon was reconnecting with Amy Rannebarger. Her kindness, positivity, and genuine support for others always leave a lasting impression, and it was wonderful to see her again.
Events like these underscore the importance of community, mentorship, and lifelong learning. We are grateful for organizations like Women Empowering Women that create opportunities for meaningful conversations and empower women to share their stories, challenges, and successes.
At C Three Business Consultants, we are committed to supporting professional development and celebrating the individuals and organizations that inspire growth, leadership, and connection throughout our community.
We look forward to attending future events and continuing to learn from the remarkable leaders who are making an impact in the lives of others every day.
