Amy Yan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of C Three Business Consultants, a nationally recognized business and technology consulting firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Under her leadership, C Three Business Consultants has grown into a trusted partner for nonprofits, for‑profit organizations, and government entities across the country and holds multiple certifications, including WBE, MBE, DBE, and EDWOSB, through federal, state, and municipal agencies.
With more than 25 years of experience in business and technology consulting, Amy oversees company operations, strategic growth, and vendor partnerships nationwide. She brings a hands‑on, consultative approach to every engagement, leading comprehensive business and operational assessments to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and strengthen organizational performance. Her expertise spans business operations, technology strategy, government contracting, digital marketing, process optimization, and continuity planning. Amy has successfully secured and managed numerous government contracts as both a prime contractor and subcontractor and is known for delivering cost‑effective, scalable solutions that support long‑term success.
Amy is deeply involved in the St. Louis community and is passionate about entrepreneurship, workforce development, and advocacy. She actively mentors women‑ and minority‑owned businesses through organizations such as the Urban League Metropolitan St. Louis Women’s Business Center and the Northside Economic Empowerment Center, providing guidance on business planning, marketing strategy, certifications, and professional development. Amy also leads women‑focused groups through Women Empowering Women and the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers, where she curates monthly luncheons focused on empowerment, leadership development, and meaningful professional connections.
In addition to her mentorship and advocacy efforts, Amy serves on the board of Behavioral Health Response, supporting the organization’s mission to provide critical crisis response and mental health services throughout the St. Louis region. As a member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, OCA STL, and Asian Business Resource, she continues to champion minority communities by connecting entrepreneurs with resources, opportunities, and pathways to growth.
Amy is a national speaker with Build Expo USA, delivering government certification and contracting seminars in major cities across the country, and she holds leadership roles with numerous professional and civic organizations.
