Wouldn’t it be nice to consolidate your vendors? In a recent assessment we did for a client they had a separate vendor for their cameras, their access controls, and alarm. Having multiple vendors can be confusing and time consuming. Not just from a billing perspective but from a support perspective as well.
Your accounting department will save time by only reviewing one bill and paying one bill. Versus reviewing multiple bills and paying multiple bills. You will save money by using one vendor versus using multiple. You most likely will get a discount on bundled services.
Your I.T. department will only have one vendor to call should there be an issue. Versus trying to waste their time on figuring out who services what. If there is an issue with your cameras, access controls, and alarm at the same time, consolidating your vendors to one, will make it easier for your I.T. department to coordinate services. As there is only one vendor they will need to contact versus multiple.
If you have multiple vendors for your cameras, access controls, and alarm consider consolidating. It will save you both time and money. Time is something we can’t get back. Money is something we can’t afford to lose.
