Yesterday, C Three Business Consultants co-sponsored an American Subcontractors Association-Midwest Council (ASA) luncheon. The other lunch sponsors included Bazan Painting, EPIC Insurance Brokers, Golterman & Sabo, and TJ Wies. The luncheon highlighted some of the general contractors who received an award from ASA Midwest recently at the night of the stars event.
The general contractors who were highlighted were BSI Constructors, McGrath & Associates, Inc., and Interface Construction Corporation. The event featured these three general contractors sharing insights on effective collaboration with owners and subcontractors. The discussion focused on key aspects of project management, including bid ethics, equitable contract provisions, payment practices, jobsite supervision, scheduling coordination, and subcontractor relations. Panelists emphasized strategies for fostering harmony throughout the construction process, from project award to completion, aligning with ASA’s mission to improve the industry through education, advocacy, and collaboration. The session provided a platform for open dialogue, enabling attendees to gain practical advice on navigating relationships with owners and subcontractors to enhance project outcomes.
